They've helped with our first time driver hydroplaning into a drainage culvert, that same driver getting hit by a truck and trailer on the highway and his insurance (Progressive) saying they wouldn't pay because the guys "trailer" hit our son, not the truck pulling the trailer. Dan and his team spoke with Progressive and lo-and-behold they called back and apologized and immediately paid the claim.
